Live In Service

We believe that quality of life is important towards maintaining the will to return to a meaningful existence following a period of illness. Your live-in carer acts as your personal assistant, with the intention to provide you with support and companionship in your own home. Your personal assistant will assist you with everything around your house, with your usual preferences and routines maintained as normal. Our trained personal assistant understands their role in your house and will ensure that their presence does not interfere with your privacy, thus they will provide you with space when they are not needed.

Respite Care

Our team understands the role of family members as the main carers for their loved ones, as well as maintaining a good healthy wellbeing. Our respite care is a short term relief to help you do other things in life by maintaining your health and wellbeing, while your loved ones continue to receive that quality support in their home. Our service provision can be just a few sitting hours, to weeks or more. We are one click away whenever you need a reliable support team to continue delivering the same service to your loved ones, while you take a break or are unable to carry on your duties due to other family arrangements or even illness.

Our respite care support extends to your loved ones spending quality times with other service users in our respite units within the period their main carer requires time off. We are one step family for when you need a short time off from your main home/carer. Just name your preferences and we will endeavour to make it happen.

SimplyD'Food

Our food department was created to serve both the public, our service users and other public services. The letter 'D' on our food department stands for diversity and food for all. We have the benefit of a team leader of a Mauritian descendant who created some of our dishes that meets the nutritional needs of Indian, Chinese, Caribbean and African descendants. Having a director with a unique special eating habit from birth that never involved meat or any form of animal and is linked to Jamaican origin, is another huge benefit to our company. This has helped us to create a very unique food dishes that meet the nutritional needs of all, including vegan and vegetarian that you will never get in any other places.

We understand the aim of creating different food choices that meets the needs of individuals from different cultural background, in order to continue to promote independence within the comfort of their homes, supported living unit/residential or anywhere they are. We are aware of the importance of encouraging vulnerable adults to maintain their nutritional needs. While most of these people are unable to continue to do so, as a result of different life changes that might have affected their ability to continue to cook their chosen meals in the manner that met their backgrounds and cultural needs. Their inability to continue to maintain their nutritional needs not only could lead to adverse effect on their health, but has a greater impact on the saturation of hospital admission as the first point of call.

Simply Care Partners believes that having a well-balanced and healthy diet can also avoid readmission into hospital post discharge. Hospital discharge is one of the key strategic objectives of most Clinical Commissioning Groups. Hence, delayed hospital discharge is not only expensive, but also potentially dangerous, leaving vulnerable people more exposed to hospital acquired infection, as well as put extremely high pressure on our NHS team of professionals. By taking this bold step to meet the needs of different people from different diversity and nutritional needs such as Vegan/Vegetarian, multi-ethnic society is what makes Simply Care Partners outstanding and different.
