Simply Care Partners was established by a team of professionals with extensive experience and excellent track records in supporting different client groups, such as those with learning disabilities, mental health disorders, the elderly, challenging behaviour, complex needs, physical disability, sensory impairment or substance misuse.
Our directors are privileged to have acquired an outstanding knowledge and experience of care by previously managing day care services, residential services, NHS supported living settings and home care settings, as well as domiciliary and community supported living settings.
Our team have outstanding, practical experience of working with individuals with complex epilepsy needs, mental health and challenging behaviour within a recovery focused framework. Our directors and other teams of professionals all passionately believe that an individual, personalised support system is the best possible way of obtaining a remarkable positive outcome from a service. They have individually managed, restructured and remodelled residential, day services, domiciliary and supported living services for over 17 years.
