ABOUT US
Simply Care Partners is a domiciliary and supported living care service, offering an extensive range of services including home care, supported living scheme, domestic and maintenance care.
Our mission as an organisation is built upon the principles of recovery, personalisation and social inclusion. We believe that quality of life is important in maintaining the will to return to a meaningful existence after a period of illness. Our aims are to provide a caring and nurturing environment that permits respect, dignity, independence and the freedom to make your own decisions.
What makes us different, is the effort put by the team to incorporate a major factor of the Care Act 2014 into our services through our sister company, 'SimplyD'Food'.

We always thought we should use a traditional large care agency for the best service but we couldn’t have been more wrong. Using Simply Care Partners has shown us we can get the same level of service without the large fees.

WHAT WE DO
At Simply Care Partners, we promote and protect individuals’ human rights, which for us means treating people fairly, with dignity and respect while safeguarding the rights of the wider community.
We are committed to supporting individuals with a wide range of complex needs, including people with mild to severe learning disabilities and mental health needs. We will provide you with the support you need to live as independently as possible, both at home and in the community.
Our support is offered within a professional planning and highly individualised process, with the entire full participation of the individual.
GET IN TOUCH
Our business operating times to the general public and service users are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with an out of hours service, and an on-call manager always on duty.
Our out of office hours operate from 5pm to 11pm Monday to Friday and from 7am to 11pm Saturday and Sunday, including bank holidays.
