Simply care partners is a domiciliary care service, offering an extensive range of services including home care, supported living scheme, domestic & maintenance care. Established by two professionals with extensive experience and an excellent track records in supporting different client groups like learning disability, mental health, elderly, challenging behaviour and complex needs, physical disability and sensory impairment, substance misuse etc.
Both directors have acquired an outstanding knowledge and experience of care by previously managing day care services, residential services, NHS supported living setting, homecare setting, domiciliary and community supported living setting. They have experience of working with individuals with complex epilepsy needs, mental health and challenging behaviour within a recovery focused framework.
The directors believe and work on the platform of individual personalised support system as the best possible way of obtaining a remarkable positive outcome from a service. They want to continue providing high quality service to people in their own homes through simply care partners.
They have individually managed, restructured, remodelled residential, day services, domiciliary and supported living services for over 9 years.

Our vision is to create a service that will meet all the needs of vulnerable individuals of all age groups and needs to ensure their safety while supporting them to promote and maintain their independence in their home.
Our supported living scheme operates on the platform that individuals should have the right to choose where they want to live with the right tailored support to meet their needs.

We are committed to support individuals with wide range of complex needs including people with mild to severe learning disability and mental support needs to live as independently as possible both at home and in the community.
Our support is offered within a professional planning and highly individualised process with the entire full participation of the individual.
Our business operating times to the general public and our service users is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with an out of hours service, and an on-call manager always on duty. This service operates from 5pm to 11pm Monday to Friday and from 7am to 11pm Saturday and Sunday including bank holidays.
We guarantee to always have someone at the other end of the line to support you with all your queries, concerns and emergencies about your service.
